Before operation
1. Check the tension of the scraper chain, the wear condition of the scraper, the amount of oil dripping smooth, the position of the dripping point, and whether the anti-skew work is sensitive;
2. Check whether the viewpoint of the rake is suitable and the contact condition with the material surface;
3. Remove debris from the track:
4. Check the oil level and oil quality of each reducer;
5. Check the relative position of stacker and reclaimer;
6. Check the smooth condition of each smooth point:
7. Check whether the bolts are loose and fall off;
8. Check whether the emergency feeding opening is unblocked.
In operation
1. Check whether there is abnormal sound, odor, abnormal vibration and abnormal temperature in each motor reducer:
2. Check whether the scraper works smoothly, the tension is moderate, and whether the scraper and anti-eccentric wheel are firm
3. Check whether the rake works smoothly and whether the contact between the rake and the material surface is suitable:
4. Check whether the rake teeth fall off;
